Help With XML File

I'm trying to get a pod cast on my website started. When I try submitting my .xml feed to iTunes directory it says no epiode is availble but when
I subscribe to it manually it accepts and d/ls the episode.

http://supportcore.org/forums/podcast/podcast.xml

Anyone help me?
