I need a mod that will let me have instant e-mail notifications on FORUM subscriptions for v.3.5.2.

My site will be offering lead opportunities to a group of people - my hope is that users would subscribe to the forum for a particular state and then automatically receive an e-mail that someone has posted a lead opportunity in their state.

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Sorry ... I was just trying to show that this request has been around for quite a while and yet no mod has been developed (or at least updated).

instant notifs are now by default in vB since 3.6... check your profile options and site configs
