Could someone make a hack where you can make a privacy statement page and edit it through admin CP, like Psionic Vision's vBRules Hack (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=99060) does but for a privacy statement?

Install his hack, change the phrases to say "Privacy Statement" and put in your privacy statement. That's a way to do it if nobody makes the hack.
