How do I change the colors of these lines?

Does anyone know what the name of these lines are? Because I've tried editing every single thing in the CSS but nothing changed them. Thanks.

Yes, I know that. If it was in there, I would of editted it a long time ago. But the thing is, I've tried editting everything in there but nothing works.

There should be a seperate table in the style settings for "Forum border colour" or something along those lines.
