Usergroup Report

I'd like to see a report generated and viewable to users.

(COPPA) Users Awaiting Moderation
Administrators
Moderators
Registered
Super Moderators
Unregistered / Not Logged In
Users Awaiting Email Confirmation
Banned Users
Additional usergroups

Next to each group the number of PMs allowed.
Sig allowed y/n
etc.

Usergroups and options should be selectable.

Is there anything like that?
