Different Attachment Sizes per Usergroup?

Is there a mod that enables one to assign different file size limitations by usergroup?

For example, I want regular users to be able to upload photos as large as 256kb, but I want a premium usergroup to be able to upload photos as large as 1MB. Is this doable? How?

You can only set global file limits per usergroup. Not for individual filetypes.

How do you do that? I don't mind it being 1 level for all filetypes, jusy different levels per usergroup...
