Do you just want someone to stop what they are doing and write your hack? Why don't you attempt to write it yourself. The vB hack writers probably spend their time coding for their site, so things as specialized as this don't fall into their realm of needed-features. If you need it, grab the PHP manual and MySQL manual and write it. If you run into a brick wall ask for aid in writing the code but don't just ask people to volunteer to do your work.
