Hi, how can i add "Site Rule" to the top bar???

something like this forum.

AdminCP > Style & Templates > Style Manager > Navigation/Breadcrumbs > navbar

Find:
<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="faq.php$session[sessionurl_q]" accesskey="5">$vbphrase[faq]</a></td>

Add After:
<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="link to rules" accesskey="5">Rules</a></td>

All you need to do is make the rules and link to it.
