how to copy a forum from a server to another?

anybody?
i have this forum and now i got this new server so i wanna to move the whole froum to the new server. can someone tell me how could i copy the whole forum with all the DATABASE to the new sever.

right now im runing v-3.0.9 and i also wanna to upgrade to v3.5

Copy all your files from 1 server to another.
Create a backup on the old server and restore on the new.

I think you will find full guidelines on vb.com.

Don't forget change login, pass, base_name and host in includes/config.php
