custom avatar problem

Ok i got the Avatar hack working for vb 1.1.5 but I can't seem to get the custom avatars to work Please help me.

There is a part where you can submit custom avatars but when i do they give me an error message like this.

Please do not try to submit images that you do not have access to or are found on other sites.

Please help me.

Where do you get the avatar hack for vbulletin 1.1.5?
I'm looking for it
