Poll Within A Poll

Just wondering if a coder would be interested in making a mod that will allow users to make threads with options of adding an additional poll to thier threads. Others besides myself may find this useful, I myself have a section on my board where we do album, movie, game, ect., ect. reviews & I thought it would be nice to add a poll for thoughts on the album & then a second poll so users can pick thier favorite recommended tracks on the album. I have provided a pic of what I thought it would look like

It must be possible! I think I am going to work out how to do it myself if nobody else does. I have a book and I am willing to learn :P
