3 image header logo

I am looking for a 3 part header logo with one image3 on the left, one on the right, and a small 1px image repeating in between. Can someone help me, I can?t get it to work. It works if you put it in an html file, but wont show the repeating image if I add it to my header file.

Any help is appreciated.
