Limit [IMG] tags by usergroup 3.5.2

I searched, and have not found a plugin that will do this for 3.5.2.

I am looking for a way to limit the use of the [IMG] tag to just a certain usergroup (and above, so really multiple groups).

Is anyone able to lend me a hand?

Even limiting it to the non-desired groups would work
