Warning: in_array(): Wrong datatype for second argument in /usercp.php(439) : eval()'

like the title says:

Warning: in_array(): Wrong datatype for second argument in /usercp.php(439) : eval()'d code on line 32

some users are getting this and some aren't. The only thing I did in recent time was install v3 arcade and some mods to go with it. I have the advanced plugin system installed and I can't seem to disable plugins from there to try and eliminate something. Anyone have ideas?

oh and i did recently install welcome headers mod https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=99579

perhaps thats the problem.

oh and when you go to menu > subscribed threads you get:

Warning: in_array(): Wrong datatype for second argument in /subscription.php(583) : eval()'d code on line 32

I found the problem. Was with the personal stickies mod.
