Default still no effective banner rotation?
right now i just use the banner in the postbit thing like if condition post==1 stuff, has there been a hack developed yet like there was for 3.xx with an admin system and u can ad banners and see amount of hits and stuff

but doesnt it need to work with vbulletin to get the ads on the forum?

No, use the javascript invocation and it works fine.

There is a nice Plugin that uses XML-RPC for invocation, might also want to try this.
