$pagenav disables all java menus

For some reason any thread that has the $pagenav being viewed, causes all of the javascript features (the menus) to no longer work.

Any idea why this is or how it can be fixed?

I have an extremely customized navbar, what specifically is the problem, and why is it coming from the navbar?

A customisation you've made broke something. Ive had tremendous trouble with the dropdowns stopping after customising the navbar. (and ive never been able to work out why)
