hello

I have a 3.0X board that is highly modded, with VBAdvanced and VBGallery, and a custom skin (which is now available as a 3.5 version).

The question is this. How do I setup a different board using the same license, test it out and eventually transfer to it? I have never set it up on a local drive? How do you setup MySQL locally and all that? I am almost out of Database spots on my hosting service, so I dont know if I can do it concurrently.

Anyways, a quide of how to do it would be nice, if it's available anywhere, as I am completely ignorant of the whole Database thing
