I tried to make this myself, and was pretty much successful, but a lot of the content I wanted didn't/doesn't show up in the dropdown menu, such as usergroups, view attachments, and more.

I would appreciate it if someone could either make a control panel dropdown hack for the navbar or maybe help take me through the process.
