Can not add note for users

I installed your hack in vb3.5.1, all functions is working properly, but I can't add note for specified user. The add note link take me to a blank page, seem as it is missing template, but warn_addnote is not missing and is not a blank template. I checked source code of Warn.php file but there is not a statement for processing this function. So, please check your hack, I need the support from you as soon as possible.

Unfortunatelly, the Notes functionality was added to AWS after the initial porting to vb3.5 was done. In other words the AWS 3.5.x code does not contain the Notes functionality. I can provide you with the code, as it is now (working fine on vB 3.0.10) but you (or someone else) should adapt it to work on vB 3.5.
