About
After buying and using vBESO for a few days and hanging around the vBSEO site I though that the vBSEO skin was very clean/professional and would make a great cpstyle. So I made it
To Install:
Unzip ?vBulletin_3_vBSEO? and upload to cpstyles (site.com/forum/cpstyles/)
Log into your Admin control panel.
vBulletin Options.
Admin Control Panel Options.
Set it to ?vBulletin_3_vBSEO?.
Notes
I am not a member of vBSEO?s staff and I do not intend to use this as promotional tool for vBSEO, I think it just makes a very nice cpstyle
Enjoy!
Thanks,
Mat

I do have one suggestion, however.. The "Inherited" text color of the Style Manager is very similar to that of the "Customized" text color, and it is quite hard to tell the difference - and I'm 20, with pretty good vision and no color blindness. This is also a problem apparant on vBulletin's other default Admin CP styles, and I made a request for them to change this last month, whether they will or not is quite another story..
Anyway, here's what I've changed..
In controlpanel.css, find 2 instances of:
HTML Code:
#FF5500
Replace them with:
HTML Code:
#74990F
This ties in nicely with the green title bar of the Admin CP that you have used..
Should be noted that replacing the vBulletin logo in the control panel with the vBSEO logo is a violation of the license agreement. You cannot rebrand the software even with a branding free license.

hum, i never seen a notation about this logo replacement in the admincp, can you tell us where it is noted ?!
because actually, we can change the SAME logo from the front page...
i'm not against, it's just that i never read that anywhere...
You can remove the logo.. you can brand the site as your own..
However this logo implies that the software is created by vBSEO when infact it is not. If you change the graphic on your own site, that is one thing. This is distributing a rebranded version of the control panel and cannot be allowed.
[high]* nexialys search that damn Thanks button...

something like a edition of that logo to be a vBulletin version would be possible then... something like the old logo revamped with a "vBSEO version" on it... anyway, designs are large!
