Hi I'm new to vbulletin and I have the default skin on my forum .I am wondering how to view the user info in a cell to the left of the post like this forum instead of the user info displayed across the top of the post.

Go to your AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Style & Language Settings -> Set "Use legacy postbit" to "YES"

That should do it
