I know there is one out there for this but I can not find it, please someone help I am looking for the modification that allows me to password protect all forums so that all members including mods and admin have to input the password

I have searched but I can not find it anywhere

This is a default feature in vBulletin - Howeve Mods and Admins will not need to enter a password if they can view the forum within their permissions...
