For heavens sake add a conditional in big blinking, marquee text to make it clear when a hack is in beta. People don't seem to ever check, and act shocked when they find bugs

The same people will need long support on non-Beta hacks because they don't read the instructions. Sorry to say, but there is no fool proof way of solving the fact that some people are just playing blind.

To be fair, tick-boxes aren't exactly the most usable way of displaying data. It would imply it's a form, to the less intelligent amongst us.

best thing is to install that DAMN hacks database, and have a specific section for Development and Betas... and for that section, you have to abide to a "non-stupid " agreement where people have to NOT install these hacks if they don't know what they do...
