I've posted twice on their forum and haven't received a response

So i'll post the same here in hope of some help

Have you modified your online users template?

Try disabling that module and see if it works.

Hmm, I Disabled it and now I get this error

That error definately looks like you're trying to run CMPS for vB 3.0.x on vB 3.5.x.
