hey all not sure if this is the rite place to post this, but anyway sorry if it is...
i am wanting to make my own vbulletin skin for version 3.0.7, if anyone can tell me/help me for free then that will be very much appreciated, altho i would like to create one on my own, please can someone tell me how to!

-Learn XHTML
-Know template system of vBulletin well
-hack it away

Just create a child of the default and start hacking away.

If you want modifications, these are called Template Modifications and these are in the respective Template Mod forums for each version (Either vB2, vB3 or vB3.5)
