I am not sure if this request is already included in vbulletin 3.5 but here is what i am looking for. I have guests able to browse my forums right now but what i want is when they register for them to have to read a rules page and click I agree before they continue to be able to post and download and use other forum functions. Thanks in advance also and god love vbulletin!!

Thats included as part of the registration process. You can edit the rules shown by editing the phrase forum_rules_description
