I am aware that there are more complex hacks out there for banning/warning systems, but i was wondering if there is somthing more simple such as an administrative note pad for each member(only viewed by admin/mod) where you can type in any notes regarding this member so you can recall back whenever needed to give warning or ban. Just an idea...maybe there is a hack for this already. Thanks.

You can use the standard vBulletin User Notes for this.

You mean the regular main user notes that you see as soon as you log in?

No, although i am not sure what you mean with 'user notes that you see as soon as you log in'.

As Admin (or other user with permission):
View Profile of User->User Notes: 0 [View]->Post New User Note
