User Note in AdminCP

Hi Guys,

when editing a user in the AdminCP I can see all user fields but I am missing one important feature.

I want to have a multiline Textbox on the user page where Admins can enter a note to every user which only can be seen from admins and only can be edited from admins.

This should not be an additional user profile field.

A Product for this would be fine.

Optional:
On the MEMBERINFO page usergroups who have the right can enter notes about a user.
This field should also be visible and editable when you edit a user in the admincp.
