Post new thread with specific thread icon from URL

Hello,

I'm wondering if it's possible to have a direct link URL to post a new thread in a specific forum, with a certain Thread Icon selected...

For example, the following URL will start a thread in forum 32

http://www.thedrunk.com/forum/newthr...newthread&f=32

what I would like to be able to do is start a new thread in forum 32 with thread icon 15 selected by default - something like

http://www.thedrunk.com/forum/newthr...newthread&f=32&threadicon=15
