Its a very nice job there mate, the only thing I would point out is this. It seems to be a fixed forum width of around 815 pixels. Which would mess things up for anybody using a screen res of 800X600.

I would have a thought a fixed width of around 760 or 770 pixels would be better for compatibilty reasons

I use 815 pixels at my site but you can use 770 or 760 and that is no problem

Here's the font if anyone needs to customize the header image.

Also, the "Reply" buttons are spelt as "Replay". Which is incorrect. Here's some graphics i modified:
