Which chat room to use?

My community has voted to have this, but there are a few here that integrate with member usernames and I have no idea which one to go with.

I hope this doesnt turn into an arguement between coders, which it might. I am simply trying to find an easy to us add on here, that integrates well, and is fairly simple to install.
