post bot and wmp

hello, was wondering if it was possible if someone could make a mod.
where you can create an account and have it be a bot, and it replies to post and is actually smart:P

also wondering if it is possible to do a windows media player plugin at the bottom of the page, and it didnt start song over when they went to a diff page, or if you could make it apopup or somthing.
