How do I edit the text displayed in Who's Online?

Right now it says "Talking in the vBChat". I'd like to change this to something a little less impersonal. Where is this defined? I checked templates/phrases/vbchat.php and no dice.

So in searching (googling my own site, actually) I found:

$userinfo['action'] = 'Talking in The vBChat';

But can't for the life of me find where this actually exists.
