vB 3.5x Is it possible to have a top 25 posters' image that is put into a profile?

Is there any way using the options in vBulletin or some hack to have a top 25 posters' Image that Dynamically updates? So that at any given time the top 25 posters have an image in there profile that says top 25? Would that be a Conditional, User Rank, or something else? Does anyone know?
