I've been trying this for nearly 2 months now on this and I have had no luck i've been trying to do it with almost every single DHTML menu out there with no luck at all... Is there a possible way or what to do these within a table or even a div panel?

what i need is something that looks kinda like this (view attachment)

the menu dhtml does not support submenus...
