Hi,

I'm looking for a hack that provides a page on the portal with a form that allows guests to enter their email address and requested accountname.
When sending the message it an email should be send to a defineable emailaddress.

Preferably this page should be in html (otherwise php is also ok).

Please help

Portal? Where do you want this hack to be placed? Would it be alright if it was in its own file?
