No, I haven't. I thought TECK should do it as my fix may not be correct (though it seems to be working fine).

I found the first confirmed bug in 2.3.0 final released - this causes email subjects to be blanked if you have custom email templates with templatesetid's mismatching.

The fix is in the thread below, courtesy of LoveShack.
