Well i finally got the backup loaded but when I try to access it i get:

Database error in vBulletin Control Panel 2.2.6:

Invalid SQL: SELECT sessionhash,userid,host,useragent,styleid FROM session WHERE lastactivity>1050241308 AND sessionhash='aec2a9c260606e375ca0bfe236eca1d3' AND (host='24.49.66.219' OR (althash='' AND althash<>'')) AND useragent='Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1;'
mysql error: Unknown column 'althash' in 'where clause'

mysql error number: 1054

Any ideas?

Just speaking off the top of my head here - Did you upgrade or add hacks after the database backup was made? In other words, does the PHP code you have uploaded match the database you restored?

2 things I noticed. the version of the backup os from 2.2.6 and I only have the newest version 2.3

This may be a problem. . .no??

Also There were hacks installed. another problem?

Got it up thanks guys. I had to update the database to 2.3 as well as the software!!
