The current build of PP supports RC3 of 3.5 without any changes to your setup (if you are running 3.0x or 3.5, it'll figure that out and configure itself without you having to change anything).
Yes, you can assign a photo to multiple categories while retaining only one copy of the photo on the server.
I don't think we've ever changed more than $129 for PhotoPost and $99 is the current price - a very reasonable cost considering our feature list which includes many innovations not found in other applications. Sure there are free products out there, but none of those have the integration with vB that PhotoPost does and most require you to "mod" the product to get your vB integration; PhotoPost did this first and continues to provide exceptional integration that gives you more integration options than any other product.
