If you are using custom code/Add-ons to display avatars on search results pages this Add-on might cause side-effects.

Can we just download the .XML and apply this on 4.1.2 or do we have to still use the manual diff file method?

Un-installed.

4.1.8 fixes everything that this modification resolved.

But I would like to thank the developer for having this out 1 year before vBulletin patched it.
