Notepad for user settings page · **Released**: 08-13-2010

This is a simple user notepad, to store short texsts on "settings" page. It's collapseable and has autosave feature, like google docs.

If you used antialiasis's "Personal Notepad" mod for 3.7 - this one provides similar functions for 4.0, and automatically migrates data. I'm not shure, that "settings" location is now the best place for notepad. So, reasonable suggestions will be considered.

This mod is developped here http://github.com/rcdesign/vb-notepad . Patches are welcome.

in IE8 with compatibility mode on .. the text area blows off to the right..

any fix for this ?

For some reason I'm getting an "X" on the collapsible icon. The icon properties show as "collapse_40b_collapsed.png" although the xml file seems to reference the proper location where the icon resides in the vbulletin images/buttons/ directory as "collapse_40b.png." Didn't see any special instructions for installation. What am I doing wrong?

image is not where it's looking for it did you right click on that red X to see the URL of that image it's calling ?
