What is vBulletin-Yellow Pages with advertising management?

This addon is a comfortable system for Yellow Pages with the opportunity to manage those entries within the forum as advertisements. Some of the functions are:

• Moderated entries possible
• Additional images in front of categories and subcategories
• Uses the vBulletin integrated search
• vBulletin standards for settings and permissions
• Supports vB-SEO and vB-CMS
• Optional entryfields in categories
• Facebook-Integration
• Thumbnail-Service, link- and banner usage possible
• Google Maps
• Additional images for specific entries possible
• Uses the comment system
• Rate entries
• Widgets supported within the vB-CMS of vBulletin Suite
• Uses vBulletin given positions to place advertisements of the entries within the forum

Installation:

- Upload all files in 'upload' to your server

- set 0777 permission to the following directory:

• /vbyellowpage/backup

- Import 'product-vbyellowpage.xml' in AdminCP

Afterwards import the 'product-vbyellowpage.xml' in admincp.

Then define the general settings in admincp and the usergroup persmission.
Also check the administrator permissions.

Now you can can create categories with additional settings (e.g. entryfields).Optional k?nnen jetzt die Funktionen f?r Google Maps, Premium-Eintr?ge oder Thumbnail-Service etc. eingerichtet werden.

It is recommended to use TMS. If you dont use TMS you need to do the template modifications by your own, have a look at the '/template_modification'-folder within the product file for this.

Vossi any chance you would consider fixing the image uploading issue so we can upload images into the main section of individual listing instead of just links. I would happily pay for this and I am sure others would as well

I installed this Mod back when it was first released and then uninstalled it because it didn't fit my needs at that time . The problem is that when I use the Suspect File Versions tool i Get these file not found errors when all other ad ons show File not recognized as part of vBulletin.

I am interested in trying the mod again since I see the updates but I am concerned with the idea that it seems to be reconised as part of the main software unlike other mods and also what tables are in my sql that may be looking for the files causing a hanging process.

Hi, can anyone tell me how to change it from reading as vBulletin-Yellow Pages to 'Whatever Yellow Pages', or just 'Yellow Pages'? I've read ALL posts and can't seem to find anything on it. Thank you.

Could anyone tell me how to set the Status Icon for this? Thank you!

There are 3 Options here, but none for Status Icon

(1) Use default forum icon(If you choose "No" you can define a costum icon.)
Yes No

(2) Use costum icon(Will be displayed if you choose the setting above.)

(3) Show additional category image Enter here the name of the image which is saved within the directory /images/vbyellowpage/pictures and which should be displayed along with the category icon within the category description. Leave this blank if you don't want to use this option.

I've tried setting (1) to both Yes/No, and when I use 2 & 3 it creates an additional one and leaves the status icon still grayed out. Please help.
