For the time being, the 4.1.10 release is only available for premium users. This requires a $12 fee for unlimited priority support for life. Once paid, the download is available immediately.
We will continue to update the free theme for major template changes. For now, it is entitely functional for basic use.
No. That would mean we've stopped offering any form of support.
I like this style, and $12 is nothing. However, what concerns me is that you have ignored the repeated comments about the problem(s) with the style for a long time. You have sidestepped the questions, even when screen shots were presented. That doesn't bode well for your reputation. I'm reluctant to even spend $12 on something when the developer is not being forthright on the information.
I'm sorry for the confusion. We've provided all necessary support when it involves a major bug fix.
Youre refering to the category description issue which we've stated that the style does not support category descriptions. However, the vb 4.1.10 now does.

All the best,

Its unethical to have the version here as vB 4.1.10 when its not that version, as
have to go to your site and pay for this version, reported....
Optional fix? The category headers don't line up with the categories for which they point. How is this considered an optional fix?
Your responses to this discussion today are not that of a professional company. It is not making you look good.
This is indeed optional. Up until 4.1.10, making the fix would result in extremely long forumheaders.
We've added this as an optional, yes this is an option for users, feature for premium users who wish to use a category subscription. Keep in mind forum descriptions still function correctly.
