It is not a comercial hack, the beta never was, if you read in the forum you would see, i said i would finish the beta and release it after the comercial hack was released. Also essentialy the beta was already done, thats because the patches were there, i just never did a final install for it.

The product im selling goes by the name of RPG Creator System, and is practicaly a total new system, due to all the pages being re-coded to be smoother, better, and use less queries. Also all the un finished features were placed in it, along with a large admin panel. That is why i changed the name, and made it so it upgrades from Zajako's RPG hack. Zajako's RPG hack essentialy is a seperate hack, that was indeed released for free in beta form.

im sure the rest of the members would agree that free is indeed free wheather its beta or not.

I would have to agree that Zajakos sig isnt against the rules... i mean even you filburt have a link to your site and have an advertisement for a hack. Zaj didnt even go as far as you did with the advertising bid. You guys need to either lighten up, or you need to get rid of ALL the advertisements in sigs...

His image was TOO BIG. It had nothing to do with advertising.

BTW I was rereading the forum rules; some of them conflict but explicitly relating to signatures:

Rule No. 7 - Signature Restrictions
7) All signatures should not exceed the following size limits:
For text signatures: 4 lines normal size, 8 lines small size and up to 90 chars per line. Empty lines are also counted! Font sizes above 2 are not allowed.
For images in signatures: 1 image up to 300 pixels wide, 125 pixels tall and 20k in size
If you do want to have text and an image, you can have a maximum of 2 normal lines (or 4 small lines) and one image (in a new line) up to 300 pixels wide, 75 pixels tall and 20k in size.
[high]You may have a link to your own website, but there must be no promotional language like "Best Hosting" or "Cheapest Styles".[/high] Paypal and affiliate links are NOT permitted.
Don't use [color=yellow] or similar code as it is unreadable on three of our styles.

So technically you are allowed to link to your own site.

I see the reasoning for the sig edit, being the image dimensions, but about what was in it, that would be unfair..

As for his beta hack, that is a totally seperate hack as he said, all of the coding for the RCS has been totally re-written, I know, because I helped code it.

So I think it was a little unfair that his beta was removed from this site. Also, I never remember once that it was Zend encoded.

zajako, I need to apologize to you.

I did move your thread to our private deleted items forum. When we were discussing whether to have a Commercial Hack forum, I moved it into that forum. When that idea was dropped because of various reasons, I suspect that someone (I won't name names ) deleted that forum and possibly your thread in it! :blush:

One second after i clicked delete on the forum i remembered there was a thread in it.....

But for the sigrules: the part about the image is clear, won't be discussed, and was in the rules since a long time so everyone should know it.
Also if there are any problem you could have asked in private before claiming wrong things and start this public thread.

And the last thing:
the advertising is currently discussed privately by the vb.org staff. When we made our final descission all of you will be informed!

Filburt1, if you will notice, I DO NOT have any advertisement in my signature. I stay with the www. Buyt I see tons of advertisements in signatures all over this site and I see nobody doing anything about those.
