Need help improving my welcome panel · **Released**: 05-04-2002

I have been trying to redo my welcome panel and it never does what I need it to...I displayed my code but it does full work...someome help me...I supplied a screenshot to. Can someone help me correct it?

I must say.. AWSOME forum soroka. Id like to ask if it is possible that I use something similare to that welcome panel? Ofcourse with my own grafix and messages and such?

everytime i hit the post reply button it keeps asking me for them,i added my name on the license list at vb.com but still....
