Need help improving my welcome panel
 

I have been trying to redo my welcome panel and it never does what I need it to...I displayed my code but it does full work...someome help me...I supplied a screenshot to. Can someone help me correct it?

...plus I missed up my mysql account with this I had to repair it...could you help me lab...the problem is the hp and stuff isn't showing and the background messes up!

This one is little more stable but the background and borders suck
