Yes my normal style is selected then I even tried a Lynn suggested and created a default vbulletin style and the weird part is like I said before if you're an admin you can go through the admin panel and select a style click on it the forum opens and the WYSIWYG appears just fine throughout your duration but once you log out of the forum and back in bam it is no longer there. Apparently there must have been some custom coding somewhere and you are right my style isn't that custom where it should need recoding which kind of irks me as I am sure you can tell lol. So your normal style is selected in the mobile drop downs right? Remove them. Choose none.
