Going on the community chest idea that is a great idea...but it lets you pay from your board instead of redirecting to paypal etc.. then it keeps track of everything donated for an example goto

Raversonly.com -->message boards --> under the winamp logo there is a link for community chest

"Make a Contribution :: Direct Payment -or- Accept Offer | View Contributors | (?)
We currently have $25.00 in our chest"

I would love to see this for vbulletin i know alot of webmaster that would switch to vbulletin if it had this features

Yes if you can make it paypal compatible so they can donate from the forum by using paypal store function might be a good thing.

Just something to make it where they arn't forwarded to paypal to those paypal pages.

One way of doing this if you are going to make it threw paypal is to use there Instant payment notiviication feature.

This will send back to the script when someone has successfully donated so the script can update the database etc..

Paypal let's you redirect to a thank you page, which you can make as a script.
