The reason I say that is because you just get to it and help people, answering the questions asked instead of making things more frustrating for people by telling them to start their own threads (even though the question is the same or related), or go to some other 20 page thread to find the answer, etc. vBulletin's customers are not all super knowledgable programers and are frustrated enough learning all of this new stuff without being asked to jump hoops to get help. There is one other extremely helpful fellow on here, though I can't recall his name. Some of the other moderators need to take lessons from you two and just help people. Thank you.
