someone been telling u porkies - and dont believe all that you read.So by what you sayin is us English are thickos as we cant get a joke 1st time round ?
The joke above was terrible and it does`nt take a man with brains to tell you that.

lol see u don't get it still.. May be the way I put that joke was not good as I am not very good with English but I cannot accept someone who tells that its not so funny. Or may be you people are too tight or serious to enjoy any jokes may be need to relax a bit to get in to a mood for reading jokes.. otherwise no joke will appeal to you, you may be reading it like some announcement.

so I feel there are 2 chances First one I dint put it well coz my English was poor or the second option will be you people are not a kind of people who enjoy jokes..
